“Working with Heartfelt Media to capture our wedding day was a great experience! Their team was responsive and professional throughout our entire planning timeline. They were receptive to our requests for certain poses/shots we wanted included.

We had a pretty tight schedule which sometimes got hectic, but the Heartfelt team was awesome at helping us get all the photos we wanted in time AND made sure we had a fun experience to enjoy our day! Although the team did not have experience with our venue before, they were still able to achieve all the shots we wanted.

Lastly, the amount of photos we received were a lot more than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise! We highly recommend Heartfelt Media!”

We ended up booking them for our engagement shoot and wedding and couldn't be happier. Alex was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was already familiar with the locations we wanted to shoot and guided us through every step of the process.

For our engagement shoot at SF City Hall, we were running late due to some issues with a hair and makeup vendor. Alex was on location early and graciously waited for us. Even though City Hall was crowded by that point, Alex made the best of our situation and gave us some absolutely amazing photos. Can't wait to have Alex and the Heartfelt Media crew photograph our wedding this summer!”

“Your photography team is arguably one of the most important teams you hire for your wedding (they’re there every moment of your wedding to capture once in a lifetime moments & make it lasting memories) and hiring Heartfelt Media was one our favorite decisions we made with planning our wedding.

My husband & I were recommended to reach out to Heartfelt Media, so we messaged the team and scheduled a FaceTime w/ Alex. Immediately, we clicked - his welcoming, funny, & professional personality was someone we wanted to photograph our engagement shoot.

Alex curated our engagement shoot based on our vision - he chose the location, timing, & ensured we were comfortable the entire time. It was so fun, especially given this was our first professional shoot.

The wedding day, was perfection. Alex, Andrew, & Ben are an all star team. They worked with us on our Cultural Integrations (tea ceremony, table visits, speeches) on our wedding day and didn’t miss important details.

Not many people realize that not only is it important to have a media team develop quality content, but the personalities of the media team is equally important. Our families, our friends, our guests & our vendors felt very comfortable w/ Heartfelt Media and because of that, our photos with our guests came out so natural and perfect.

“So grateful that Alex and Andrew were able to pull through on last minute's notice for our wedding since our initial photographer decided to bail out 1.5 week before.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience . What I love about them the most is that they're super charismatic and ANYONE will get along with them perfectly -- which is super important for your special day that they make you feel comfortable being in front of the camera, posing with your wife/husband, etc. They manage to capture the "real you" and the personality behind us as a couple which we love. Creative, yet personable, funny and talented. Perfect organic candid moments are the best!!

“Heartfelt Media is not just a talented group of photographers, they are artists! I had the wonderful opportunity of using them for my engagement pictures and for my wedding.

Having worked with many photographers in the past, I have to say that this company knows how to make you feel comfortable. They knew exactly what to say to my husband and me to make us pose in a way that looked natural and beautiful. We never felt awkward around them because they provided a warm and lovely environment.

Also, the quick turnaround is amazing. Usually I have to wait months to see my pictures from photographers, but I received my photos very quickly and they were amazing!

One of my favorite things about them is that they aren't your typical photographers. They don't just take "pretty" pictures, they actually pay attention to details that the normal eye wouldn't think of. They play with different ideas, colors, angles, and bring amazing creative concepts to life. Also, they are some of the kindest and warm hearted people you will meet! I'm happy to say that to this day, I consider them my friends and we always talk about when we can have a photoshoot again!

“Alex and Andrew did an amazing job at our wedding of 400, which we know is no easy feat for photographers! They were cognizant of the timeline, made us feel comfortable, didn't seem intrusive or distracting, and even looked like they were having fun themselves, all in a professional manner.

They divided and conquered the whole day perfectly, from the getting ready photos for both sides of the bridal party, to covering all of the highlights, and even capturing the candid moments that can be easy to miss... the moments that showed genuine happiness on the faces of our loved ones.

We know that typically, the photos that should matter the most are the ones of the bride and groom... and they do matter. But for us, the photos of our family and friends were more important. Seeing them enjoy the day together, with nothing but smiles, is all we could've asked for on our day. Funny thing is that we didn't even give them that specific direction, I think they just had a feeling that that's where our focus was; and they delivered above and beyond what was expected.

We (and our guests) absolutely love the photos; some even mentioned specifically how great it was that there were so many candid shots.
